Over the course of the weekend of January 30-31, British Airways will begin using its new reservation system, Amadeus Altea. Since the entire Lufthansa Group uses the new system, customers can expect a higher standard of service everywhere they go.
The reservation system for British Airways will be unavailable starting at 5:00 p.m. (CET) on Saturday, January 30, and lasting until 11:00 a.m. (CET) on Sunday, January 31.
During the transition, no reservations or changes can be made on any codeshare British Airways Business Class flights. However, you can still use your phone or computer to check in with British Airways.
