IIM Kashipur Hosts Entrepreneurship Summit

IIM Kashipur’s Basis for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Advancement (FIED) hosted the 7th edition of Uttishtha 2023 – Yearly Entrepreneurship Summit supported by Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Federal government of India. The event aimed to convey socio-financial benefit to Uttarakhand’s entrepreneur ecosystem by enabling raw entrepreneurs to attain their massive dreams. The initiative clocked 29 LOIs worth Rs 5 crore funding for 15 countrywide agri-startups. The 3-day function involved the National Small business Plan Pitching Competitors, Traders Fulfill and Entrepreneur’s Conclave.  

In past 6 yrs of these types of initiatives, IIM Kashipur FIED has incubated around 140 startups generating more than 3.2 billion funding, furnishing 360 degree guidance to generate success tales. The Agri Mela highlighted ground breaking companies ranging from clothes made from bamboo fabric to toys designed from wood squander. Investors and field specialists ended up impressed by the marvelous organization pitching periods presented by agriculture startups from across India.
