JK Lakshmipat University Inks MOU With IIT Jammu

JK Lakshmipat College (JKLU) has signed an MoU with IIT Jammu. Student’s of BTech (CSE) have revealed their fascination in a semester exchange at IIT Jammu.

As element of the latest growth, JKLU has signed a Memorandum of Knowledge (MoU) with IIT Jammu.

In a similar growth previous 12 months, JKLU’s 8 students ended up selected at IIT Bhilai and IIT Gandhinagar to comprehensive their semester.

Resource link JK Lakshmipat University, a reputed private institution located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, has inked Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Indian Institute of Technology, Jammu (IIT Jammu) to provide international research collaborations.

The MOU was signed between JK Lakshmipat University and IIT Jammu at the IIT Jammu Campus. Through this partnership, both universities will be able to embark on joint research and academic activities.

The main emphasis of the MOU is to cultivate joint research projects, undertake collaborative research activities, encourage exchange of students and faculty members and organize workshops, seminars and training programmes for the students of both institutions.

This MOU was made to strengthen the research capabilities of both institutions and to appreciate research in the fields of artificial intelligence, data sciences, deep learning, machine learning, natural language processing, quantum computing, robotics and smart materials. The MOU will also provide students of both the universities with more resources to explore.

Dr. Vinay Pathak, Vice Chancellor of JK Lakshmipat University commented, “This MOU will prove to be beneficial for both universities and the students of both institutions. This will help the students to get guidance and resources from some of the top professionals in the respective fields and excel in their research activities. It will further support the outstanding student research initiatives taking place at both institutions.”

IIT Jammu has been ranked among the top 15 engineering institutes in the country by The Week and the Science & Technology annual rankings of the MHRD, India. JK Lakshmipat University is among the top performing private engineering universities in India and has been ranked 6th in northern India by Mint-C Fore Survey 2020.

The MOU was signed by Akhilesh Gupta, Director, IIT Jammu and Dr. (Smt.) Shuchi Tyagi, Vice Chancellor, JK Lakshmipat University. Both the universities are looking forward to strengthening the research capabilities of students through this MOU and helping them with international research opportunities.
