I will be sharing my exercise plans and tips for 2022. These are the types of things I plan to do in order to achieve my fitness goals. I am trying to make a lifestyle change that will help me achieve my fitness goals by 2022. and I’m going to start with 2000 calories a day. I’ll eat some junk food as well, but only when necessary.2) Self-evaluation What’s working? What’s not working? What can I do better next time? This is what will help me improve my fitness in the future.3) Goals and Fitness Metrics (This is important for people like me.)I have goals for myself that I need to meet in order to become healthy and fit by the end of my life. That includes not just physical fitness but being mentally fit as well. I’ve got to eat healthy and exercise at least 7 days a week. That’s what will get me there by the end of my life, and that is why I’m going to be eating 2000 calories a day (1,600 calories in one meal) per day! It won’t be easy or quick, but it’s doable if I stick with it. The goal is to get back into shape by the end of my life. I’m not going to do things that may not be healthy or really good for me, but only because they are necessary in order to reach my goals. You can’t do everything you want when you’re old. You do what is necessary if you want to live a long and healthy life!
